OASIS

OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB) is a group of seven, distinct Governmentwide multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. Each OASIS contract or “Pool” has a ten-year period of performance (five-year base plus one five-year option) with no program ceiling providing the benefit of long-term planning for complex program requirements.

Quantum operates under an OASIS an OASIS Pool SB 4 contract. OASIS SB is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) under FAR 19.502 with the ability to do Socio-Economic Set-Asides at the task order level.

OASIS Contract Features:

• Provide a single solution vehicle for complex requirements
• Support multiple technical disciplines and mission spaces
• Provide funding for both commercial and non-commercial acquisition
• Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
• Include ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODCs) at the task order level
