North Atlantic Treaty Organization Consultation, Command, and Control Agency (NATO C3 Agency) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)

The NATO C3 Agency BOA is the primary part of a two-stage contracting procedure where Quantum has negotiated a contract with the NATO C3 Agency to supply engineering and information technology products, services and solutions. NATO C3 Agency (NC3A) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) are acquisition instruments negotiated between suppliers of products and services and NC3A on behalf of NATO in accordance with the referential NATO guidelines and procedures. All basic contract provisions are agreed including prices or a definitive pricing methodology. Quantum is a current supplier of engineering and IT products, services and solutions under contract NC3A/BOA/12051.
