STRATEGIC PLANNING SUPPORT TO THE BALLISTIC MISSILE TARGETS AND COUNTERMEASURES OFFICE: Providing strategic planning and development support by applying Army Performance Improvement Criteria to integrate and crosswalk organizational activities with priorities and resources to meet the goals and objectives contained in the organization’s Strategic Plan.  Contributed to winning the Alabama Productivity Center’s award for excellence in leadership, strategic planning, attention to customers and other stakeholders, market focus, process management, and analysis of organizational performance.  
PROGRAMMATIC SUPPORT TO THE AVIATION SYSTEMS PROJECT OFFICE (AS PO): Providing programmatic and analytical support to the AS PO in the areas of project management, leadership and teambuilding, policy and procedure development, program planning and budget execution.  Providing specific expertise in the areas of avionics design, development, and integration and battlefield digital interoperability.  Provided organizational transition planning and facilitated off-site conferences in support of the merger of the Aviation Electronic Combat (AEC) Office and Aviation Electronic Systems (AES) Offices.
STRATEGIC PLANNING SUPPORT TO THE PRODUCT MANAGER, M270A1 LAUNCHER, MULTIPLE LAUNCHED ROCKET SYSTEM (MLRS), PRECISION FIRES ROCKET AND MISSILE SYSTEMS PROJECT OFFICE (PFRMS PO): Provided strategic planning to the Product Manager, M270A1 Launcher to solidify its vision, goals and measures.  Providing Project Management Best Practices services to assist the office in further defining its strategic direction, to include: conducting a strategic analysis; setting strategic direction; action planning; and monitoring and updating the strategic plan.  Providing organizational effectiveness services, to include:  development and execution of transition planning exercises; facilitation of subgroup problem solving, negotiation, work planning and core program development; and establishment of metrics to measure the organization’s progress. STRATEGIC PLANNING SUPPORT TO THE FORT BLISS STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INTEGRATION OFFICE (SPIO): Provided strategic planning and senior management advice to the SPIO in the areas of transformation of the AMD force, infrastructure at Fort Bliss, and the challenges of the Air Defense Center of Excellence/Training Base, to include analysis of program goals and objectives, requirements analysis, organizational performance assessment, and special studies and analyses. STRATEGIC PLANNING SUPPORT TO THE HIGH MOBILITY ARTILLERY ROCKET SYSTEM (HIMARS) PRODUCT OFFICE:  In conjunction with the US Space and Rocket Center, provided facilitators in support of the team building process and conflict resolution in order to accelerate team cohesion between the Product Office  and the HIMARS Prime Contractor. PROGRAMMATICS SUPPORT TO THE SPACE AND MISSILE DEFENSE COMMAND (SMDC) SIGNATURE AND PHENOMENOLOGY MEASUREMENT (S&PM) DIVISION:  Providing programmatic and mission operational support to S&PM for the High Altitude Observatory/Infrared Instrumentation System (HALO/IRIS), a highly complex program consisting of infrared and visible sensors mounted on a Gulfstream IIB aircraft. HALO/IRIS is designed to collect airborne data on targets and interceptor missiles for programs such as THAAD, PATRIOT, Navy Theater Wide, and National Missile Defense. [S&PM, SMDC]
PROGRAMMATIC AND ANALYTIC SUPPORT TO THE SPACE-BASED SOLDIER SYSTEM (SBSS) PROJECT OFFICE: Providing advice to senior personnel on issues related to program plans/documentation, and preparation of briefings and information papers. Assisted in development of the acquisition strategy for SBSS as an ACTD candidate program and led in development of coalition strategies and overarching Integrated Process Team execution. [SMDC]
PROGRAMMATICS SUPPORT TO THE NATIONAL MISSILE DEFENSE (NMD) GROUND BASED INTERCEPTOR (GBI) PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO): Providing direct support in the areas of programmatics, systems engineering, test, and deployment. Developed and maintained Integrated light Test Schedules.  Also developed and implemented a resolution plan to provide closure to 750+ Weapon System Action Items that were critical to the design of the Interceptor and Kill Vehicle.  Conducted Critical Path Analysis and Critical Path Network Development to analyze and de-conflict scheduling issues. PROGRAMMATIC AND BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING SUPPORT TO THE U.S. ARMY SHORT RANGE AIR DEFENSE (SHORAD) PROJECT OFFICE (PO): Currently providing programmatic and operational expertise to the Sentinel Product Office to: describe, document and support how it will perform depot activities through its proposed Contract Delivery System; define a roadmap to implement the improved processes; and help manage the necessary organizational changes. Also developing a Sentinel Radar model to simulate the technical and operational aspects of the radar from the component to the system level.  Led a Business Process Reengineering effort for the SHORAD PO that: identified missions, objectives, organizational data flow and information requirements; developed quantifiable goals and objectives to measure success; and identified personnel issues and concerns to be addressed during any reorganization. BPR SUPPORT TO THE ARMY RESEARCH LABORATORY /SURVIVABILITY/ LETHALITY ANALYSIS DIRECTORATE (ARL/SLAD): Researching and recommending ways to improve the ARL/SLAD Ballistics and NBC Division (BND) Ground Systems Branch’s support to customers by applying established BPR techniques, recommending ways to streamline activities, reduce response times, and shorten the technical report review and approval cycle.
