Quantum provides technical expertise and support to Army and Joint initiatives to modernize our Nation's forces while supporting National Security efforts.  Quantum leads a team of eight companies providing more than 100 subject matter experts in information systems, force modernization, and information warfare to the G8 Directorate of Integration (DOI) in support of the Army's transformation mission in more than 20 locations throughout the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Germany. Quantum is the prime contractor that supports the transformation of the Army from the Current Force to the Future Force through the planning and fielding of all modernized and retrofitted equipment in an integrated and synchronized manner.

Quantum also provides information operations expertise to the 1st Information Operations (IO) Command assisting with planning and managing development of isolated IO capabilities into mature enterprise-level Information Assurance (IA) execution for in-garrison and forward-deployed Army units and systems.  We provide support to the 1st Information Operations Command (LAND) ACERT Computer Network Operations Division through the staffing, operation, and maintenance of Regional Computer Emergency Response Teams (RCERTs) at Fort Shafter, HI (RCERT-PACIFIC), Fort Huachuca, AZ (RCERT-CONUS), and Fort Gordon, GA (RCERT SOUTH).

Our staff excels in:

  • Preparing analyses of threats and potential solutions for Army and joint systems.

  • Assisting in the development of force modernization master plans and strategies.

  • Developing electronic documentation and management tools as required to support force modernization and technology insertion events and issues.

  • Implementing Information Systems Security and C2 Protect on the digitized battlefield.

  • Identifying requirements to modernize the Regular Army and the Army Reserve through a "system of systems" approach.

  • Providing systems analysis and systems engineering support to Computer Emergency Response Teams and other agencies.

  • Supporting quick reaction tasks, technical briefings, and papers with Subject-Matter Experts as required.
